These quick and easy boneless pork chops are ready in 15 minutes! Tender, juicy chops that are pan-fried to perfection and smothered in a simple honey garlic sauce. For a perfect weeknight meal, serve these with mashed potatoes, asparagus, or roasted carrots.
INGREDIENTS
15 ounces centre-cut boneless pork chops (3 pork chops)
salt
ground black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chopped Italian parsley, for garnishing
Honey Sauce:
2 1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp warm water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3 dashes cayenne pepper
How to make Boneless Pork Chops
Step 1: Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and ground black pepper.
Step 2: In a small bowl, add the Honey Garlic Sauce ingredients and mix to combine.
Step 3: On high heat, heat a cast-iron skillet.
Step 4: Once hot, drizzle vegetable oil into the skillet and sear the pork chops for about 3 to 4 minutes uninterrupted or until brown. Turn and continue to cook the other side until it turned brown.
Step 5: Then, push the pork chops on the other side of the skillet and add the rest of the butter. Saute the garlic for about 10 seconds or until a bit brown before adding in the Honey Garlic Sauce.
Step 6: Continue to cook until the sauce is reduced, has thickened and turned amber brown. Making sure to spoon the sauce over the pork chops.
Step 7: When done, remove from the heat and garnish with parsley.
Step 8: Serve immediately. Enjoy!
