I’ve made this before, and my family loved it! I admit I have not been making this for a long time now. Not that we do not like it as much, but because I was too busy with other things going on. Lately, I decided to take it easy and give time to do the things I love doing. On top of my list of course is cooking. And I cannot think of a better way to do it right but make my all-time favourite Biscuits and Gravy Casserole. Made with six ingredients and ready in less than an hour, this casserole is one easy and hefty meal for even the busiest days!
Biscuit and gravy casserole is a popular breakfast meal, but it’s super good you would want this even for lunch or dinner! I made this again yesterday for brunch, and my family was ecstatic! They missed this filling casserole so much as I miss making it!
