1 lb sausage
1(1 ½ oz) package pork gravy mix
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
6 Eggs
1/2 c milk
salt
black pepper
(1) 8 oz can(s) biscuits ( 1 can Pillsbury Grands biscuits )
How to make Biscuits and Gravy Casserole
Step 1: Ready the oven. Preheat it to 175 degrees C or350 degrees F.
Step 2: Use cooking spray to grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Step 3: Arrange each 1-inch sliced cookies on the bottom of the prepared pan and sprinkle over the Cheddar cheese.
Step 4: Add the cracked eggs and milk in a small mixing bowl. To taste, season with salt and pepper. Whisk until the mixture is creamy.
Step 5: Drizzle the egg mixture on top of the cheese.
Step 6: See the package direction on how to prepare the gravy mix. Once done, add this into the egg mixture.
Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 8: Once done, remove from the oven and onto a wire rack. Allow the casserole to cool at room temperature.
