I am obsessed with how the corn cooks up. Rich, flavorful, super fresh tasting. You don’t even need to slather butter over the corn as this already has a buttery flavour that sticks. Simply sprinkle a little salt and pepper, if desired, and your corn in the cob is ready to serve!

6-8 ears of corn, husks, and silks removed and cut in half (if desired)
1 c. milk
1 stick Challenge butter
HOW TO MAKE CORN ON THE COB
Step 1: Pour in water in a large pot about halfway through.
Step 2: Bring the liquid to a boil.
Step 3: Once boiling, pour in the milk and add in the butter.
Step 4: Now, add the corn and decrease the heat.
Step 5: Simmer for about 6 to 8 minutes until the corn is done.
Step 6: Once the corn is cooked, take them out of the cooking water.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
