Best Ever Pineapple Cake

If you love all pineapple, this is for you. The best Pineapple cake that you can prep in just twenty minutes. A sweet traditional Taiwanese dessert made of flour, sugar, egg, and crushed pineapples. If you want to use fresh pineapple slices, feel free to do so for that extra refreshing taste! A dense cake packed with a tangy and citrus flavour that you’ll love all the way.

Welcome the bright sunny days with this moist, perfectly sweet treat. A pretty versatile dessert that you can serve as is or enjoy with cream cheese icing or a dollop of freshly whipped cream on top. Make this ahead, so the flavour comes together excellently.

My go-to cake for any occasion, as a simple after-meal dessert, and a star during potlucks, and parties. So refreshingly good, easy to make, and even easier to serve, it will be difficult to pass on this!

Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 cups white sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 Eggs

1 can(s) (20 ounces) crushed pineapple

1 can(s) (16-ounces)ready-made cream cheese frosting

How to make Best Ever Pineapple Cake

Step 1: Place the flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, and crushed pineapple with the juice in a large mixing bowl. Mix well using a large spoon.

Step 2: Pour the batter in a greased cake pan or for thinner pieces you can use a medium-sized cookie sheet.

Step 3: Place inside a 350 degrees preheated oven. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.

Step 4: Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool before spreading the cream cheese frosting on top.

Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
