Step 1: Place the flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, and crushed pineapple with the juice in a large mixing bowl. Mix well using a large spoon.
Step 2: Pour the batter in a greased cake pan or for thinner pieces you can use a medium-sized cookie sheet.
Step 3: Place inside a 350 degrees preheated oven. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
Step 4: Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool before spreading the cream cheese frosting on top.
