1 pork tenderloin, 1.25lb – 1.5lb
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 ¼ tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 c. chicken broth
½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Liquid Smoke
HOW TO MAKE INSTANT POT PORK TENDERLOIN
Step 1: Thaw the tenderloin for 15 minutes, then remove it from the pack. Clean with water and use paper towels to pat them dry.
Step 2: Slice the tenderloin into two even cuts.
Step 3: Drizzle olive oil all over each tenderloin cut.
Step 4: Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Step 5: Rub each tenderloin with the mixed seasonings.
Step 6: Press the “Saute” button on the Instant Pot and allow it to become hot.
Step 7: Add the tenderloins and cook until brown on all sides.
Step 8: Transfer the meat onto a clean plate.
Step 9: In the same pot, add the chicken stock. Stir and scrape the bottom to get the brown bits.
Step 10: Add the liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until just mixed.
Step 11: Put the meat back to the pot and cover it with the lid.
Step 12: Cook for 3 minutes or until done. Remove everything from the pot.
To Make the Gravy:
Step 1: In the same pot, press the “Saute” button.
Step 2: Add the dissolved cornstarch and stir until well combined with the sauce.
Step 3: Press the “Cancel” button when it begins to boil.
Step 4: Serve with the pork tenderloins. Enjoy!
