This is the best-baked pork tenderloin you’ll ever make! Incredibly flavorful with the juiciest meat and crispy exterior. I serve this to family, friends, and guests, and they all love it! I get lots of rave reviews which is not shocking. Once you sink your teeth into this crispy and tender tenderloin, you’ll not be able to think of not a single reason not to love it.

Ingredients

1 tbsp oil

1 or 2 ½ lbs pork tenderloins

2-3 tbsp fresh lemon, lime, or orange juice – (or 1 tbsp of each)

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp smoked paprika – (optional but highly recommended)

How to Make the BEST Baked Pork Tenderloin

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees. Ready a large baking/casserole dish. Lightly grease and set aside.

Step 2: Using a fork, pierce the tenderloins, then rub oil on the entire meat.

Step 3: Combine the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, cumin, salt, chilli powder, smoked paprika (if using), and black pepper. Sprinkle this on the tenderloins and pat it into whole meat.

Step 4: Into the prepared baking dish, place the tenderloins, and drizzle with lemon/lime juice.

Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake the tenderloin for about 25 to 35 minutes or until the meat has browned, crispy, and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Step 6: Over the meat, spoon the juices. Transfer the tenderloin on a cutting board or in the baking dish and let the meat rest for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 7: Into 1-inch pieces, slice the tenderloin, then spoon the rest of the juices from the pan over the pork. If desired, garnish the pork tenderloin with fresh chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
