How to Make the BEST Baked Pork Tenderloin
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees. Grab and large baking/casserole dish and lightly grease.
Step 2: Using a fork, pierce the tenderloin all over. On all sides of the meat, rub the oil.
Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, cumin, salt, chilli powder, smoked paprika (if using), and black pepper. Over the tenderloin, sprinkle the mixture and pat it on all sides of the meat. In the prepared baking dish, place the meat and drizzle with lemon/lime juice.
Step 4: Place the baking dish in the prepared oven and bake the tenderloin for about 25 to 35 minutes or until brown and crispy. Bake until your preferred doneness.
Step 5: Over the meat, spoon the juices from the dish. Let the meat rest on a cutting board or leave the meat in the baking dish for about 5 to 10 minutes. Slice the meat into 1-inch pieces. Over the slices, spoon the rest of the juices from the pan. Serve garnished with some fresh chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
