Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 40 mins | Yield: 6 Servings

Meat, pasta, tomato soup, and cheese in one dish! This Hamburger Casserole is an epic recipe that you can try for dinner tonight with your family! It will only take you 40 minutes to prepare and cook this. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated

1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese, grated

1 pound ground beef

1-pound medium-shell pasta

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste, or seasoned salt

2 (10 ounces each) cans of tomato soup

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.

Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.

Add the pasta and a bit of salt into the boiling water, then cook for a few minutes until firm to bite. Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add the ground beef, then cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. You can also add garlic powder if you prefer. Discard any accumulated fat.

In the prepared baking dish, add the cooked pasta, ground beef, 1/2 of the cheese, 1/2 cup water, and tomato soup. Stir everything until well incorporated.

Scatter the rest of the cheese over the casserole. Cover the entire baking dish with aluminum foil.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the casserole for about 20 minutes.

Remove the foil cover, then bake for additional 10 minutes.

Broil the casserole for about 3 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.

Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm. Enjoy!
