How to make Beef Brisket
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 300 degrees F.
Step 2: With the brisket rub, coat the meat.
Step 3: Using cooking spray, grease a large baking dish that’s big enough to hold the meat.
Step 4: Into the bottom of the prepared pan, pour the beef broth.
Step 5: Into the dish, place the meat, then pour a cup of the barbecue sauce on top.
Step 6: With foil, tightly cover the dish. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 3 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Step 7: Transfer the meat to a sheet pan greased with cooking spray. Over the brisket, brush 1/4 cup of the BBQ sauce.
Step 8: Broil the brisket for about 3 to 5 minutes until caramelized. Keep an eye to make sure the brisket does not burn.
Step 9: Allow the meat to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
Step 10: Serve with the rest of the BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
