2 lb mushrooms
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp thyme, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
How to make Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms
Step 1: In a bowl, toss the mushrooms in the oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 3: Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C until the mushrooms are tender. Make sure to mix halfway through baking.
