Ingredients
4 Skinless Salmon Fillets about 6 ounces each
1 Green Onion sliced
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Teriyaki Sauce:
⅓ c. Low-sodium soy sauce
¼ c. Fresh orange juice
2-3 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Honey
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes or to taste
½ Lemon juiced
½ tablespoon Gluten-free flour
How to make Baked Teriyaki Salmon
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Place the teriyaki sauce ingredients (soy sauce, fresh orange juice, water, honey, minced garlic cloves, minced fresh ginger, chilli flakes, lemon juice, and gluten-free flour). Whisk until mixed.
Step 3: Using nonstick cooking spray, grease a baking dish. Then, put the salmon in it and pour the sauce over. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes until completely cooked and flaky.
Step 4: Remove the salmon from the oven when done cooking, then spoon the thickened sauce over. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
