4 Skinless Salmon Fillets about 6 ounces each
1 Green Onion sliced
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Teriyaki Sauce:
⅓ c. Low-sodium soy sauce
¼ c. Fresh orange juice
2-3 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Honey
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes or to taste
½ Lemon juiced
½ tablespoon Gluten-free flour
How to make Baked Teriyaki Salmon
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Mix the teriyaki sauce ingredients (low-sodium soy sauce, fresh orange juice, water, honey, minced garlic, minced fresh ginger, chilli flakes, lemon juice, and flour) in a small bowl.
Step 3: With non-stick cooking spray, grease a baking dish. Then, put the salmon in.
Step 4: Pour the sauce over the salmon.
Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
Step 6: Take the salmon out of the oven once cooked and spoon the thickened sauce over the salmon.
Step 7: Before serving, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
