Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
How to make Baked Parmesan Pork Chops
Step 1: Mix the Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 2: Massage the pork chops with olive oil.
Step 3: Dip each pork chop into the cheese mixture and coat them generously.
Step 4: Line with tin foil in a pan and apply the cooking spray.
Step 5: Arrange the pork chops into the prepared pan.
Step 6: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
Step 7: Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
