Baked Denver Omelet

Breakfast anyone? This Omelet will be the only meal you would want to eat today! It is the definition of perfection. I kid you not. This is so good that it just became my favorite food! I learned about this recipe about a week ago. I am so glad that I tried it because I never would have tasted how awesome breakfast could be! If you feel like adding more ingredients, you can do so. By the way, be very generous with the cheese. It perfectly compliments the eggs! I hope you all love this recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup chopped cooked ham

8 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

salt and ground black pepper to taste

How to make Baked Denver Omelet

Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 10-inch round baking pan.

Step 3: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 4: Add in the butter and allow it to melt.

Step 5: Saute’ the onion and bell pepper for about 5 minutes or until soft.

Step 6: Add in the ham and stir. Cook for 5 minutes or more.

Step 7: In a large mixing bowl, add egg. Beat until creamy.

Step 8: Add in the ham mixture and Cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 9: Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish.

Step 10: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the eggs turn color brown and the texture is fluffy.

Step 11: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack until warm.

Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
