BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS

PREP TIME: 5 mins | COOK TIME: 15 mins | TOTAL TIME: 25 mins | SERVINGS: 6

This recipe is a real keeper if you want to make the most flavorful, tender, and juicy baked chicken breast. Easy and quick Baked Chicken Breasts for a winner dinner that your family will surely love!

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 4 medium-size breasts

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp chilli powder or paprika

HOW TO MAKE BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 450 degrees.

Step 2: Lightly pound the chicken breasts for an even thickness.

Step 3: Drizzle olive oil in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

Step 4: Place the lightly coated with oil chicken side by side to the prepared baking dish.

Step 5: Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chilli powder (or paprika) in a small bowl. Mix and sprinkle over every side of the chicken. Rub on the chicken with your hands. Place the chicken properly in the prepared baking dish making sure they are not overlapping each other.

Step 6: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the juices are clear. The chicken breasts are done when a meat thermometer reached 160 to 170 degrees. Cooking time varies on the size of the chicken.

Step 7: Remove from the oven and cover the dish with foil. Rest for at least 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

Step 8: Serve immediately. Enjoy!
