This four-ingredient baked Caesar chicken recipe is one of the easiest and quickest you can any time. I always vouch for recipes like this because they save me on the busiest and lazy days. It’s extremely delicious, amazingly creamy, and packed with flavour. Throw this together in less than thirty-five minutes using pantry ingredients and enjoy the best weeknight meal perfect for your entire family! Serve this with a simple side salad or your favourite steamed/roasted veggies for a complete meal that everyone will love.

Ingredients

1 c. Caesar salad dressing

4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless

1-1½ c. Parmesan cheese grated

½ c. sour cream (optional)

How to make Baked Caesar Chicken

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F. Using cooking spray, grease the inside of an 8 x 11-inch baking dish.

Step 2: if using chicken breasts with uneven thickness, place them in a Ziploc bag and on a flat surface. Using a meat pounder, pound the breasts to an even 3/4 to 1-inch thickness. With grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper, sprinkle both sides of the breasts. Into the prepared baking dish, lay the breasts.

Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the Caesar dressing and sour cream. Then, pour this over each breast and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 4: Into the preheated oven, place the baking dish, and bake the breasts for about 30 minutes or until the thickest part of the breast reached 150 degrees F.

Step 5: Broil the breasts for about 2 to 4 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown. Once done, the internal temperature of the breasts reaches 165 degrees F.

Step 6: Take the breasts out of the oven and loosely tent them with foil to let the chicken rest for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 7: Serve the baked Caesar chicken warm garnished with some chopped parsley. Enjoy!
