Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 35 mins | Serves: 4

This melt in your mouth recipe needs only four ingredients to make. Ready in less than an hour, enjoy this absolute best Baked Caesar Chicken for the easiest and tastiest weeknight dinner you could ever have!

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless

1 c Caesar salad dressing (click for homemade recipe)

½ c sour cream (optional)

1-1½ c Parmesan cheese grated

How to make Baked Caesar Chicken

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.

Step 2: Use cooking spray to grease the inside of an 8 x 11-inches baking dish.

Step 3: Pound the breasts if they have uneven thickness. Place the chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag and pound with a meat pounder to 3/4-1-inch thickness.

Step 4: Sprinkle the entire chicken breasts with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper. Transfer them to the prepared baking dish.

Step 5: In a small bowl, place the Caesar dressing and sour cream. Whisk to combine. Pour this over the breasts, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Step 6: In the preheated oven, bake the chicken breasts for about 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the breast reach 150 degrees F.

Step 7: Set the oven to broil. Broil the chicken for 2 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure to check on the chicken breasts while doing so as they can burn quickly. You’ll know it is done when a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.

Step 8: Take the chicken out of the oven. Using foil, loosely tent the chicken and let them rest for at least 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 9: When ready, garnish with chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy!
