INGREDIENTS

4 chicken breasts-boneless skinless

1 c. Caesar-salad dressing

1 ½ c. Parmesan-cheese grated

½ c. sour-cream optional

HOW TO MAKE BAKED CAESAR CHICKEN

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F. And using cooking spray, grease the inside of an 8 x 11-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Place the chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag. Lay it on a flat surface and pound the breasts using a meat pounder into an even ¾”-1-inch thickness.

Step 3: With grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper, sprinkle the breasts. In the prepared baking sheet, set the chicken breasts.

Step 4: In a small bowl, stir the Caesar dressing and sour cream until well mixed. Over the breasts, evenly pour the mixture, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about half an hour. After 30 minutes, set the oven to broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.

Step 5: The chicken is done when its internal temperature reached 165 degrees F. Now, take the chicken out and tent loosely with foil. Allow the chicken to rest for at least 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 6: Serve the baked Caesar chicken garnished with some chopped parsley. Enjoy!
