by Rebecca August 23, 2022

PREP TIME: 10 mins | COOK TIME: 35 mins | TOTAL TIME: 45 mins | YIELD: 4 servings

Super easy and incredibly delicious – these baked boneless pork chops are one of my best favorite meals. Made with just a few simple ingredients, you can easily make this dish when you find no inspiration on what to cook for dinner. Pair these luscious baked pork chops with roasted or mashed potatoes for a simple meal. These juicy, tender, and flavor-packed chops are also excellent with steamed veggies or anything, really!

These baked pork chops are a no-fuss and these do not require a lot of preparation. I tossed in some mushrooms, but you can skip them if desired. Not only that, these easy-baked pork chops taste amazing, but they smell divine, too! I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone!

INGREDIENTS

1 medium onion sliced julienne

8 boneless pork chops (1/2 to 1” thick) (count two per person)

3-4 garlic cloves, sliced

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 c. red wine (your preference)

HOW TO MAKE EASY-BAKED BONELESS PORK CHOPS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: On a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, lay the pork chops. You can also use other pans big enough to accommodate the meat in a single layer. Then, sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Toss in the sliced onions along with halved garlic cloves. Drizzle with oil and pour in the red wine.

Step 3: Tightly tent the baking dish with aluminium foil. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chops reaches 145 degrees.

Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and serve the baked boneless pork chops with salad, roasted potatoes, or roasted veggies. Enjoy!
