Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit Breakfast Casserole

Throw this bacon egg & cheese biscuit breakfast casserole using only a few basic ingredients any time and impress your family and friends with one of the best casseroles perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! If desired, you can add more peppers and onions to this, and it’ll be just as amazing!

Do you know that you can also prep this the night before and just pop this in the oven in the morning? This casserole cannot get easier! The combination of eggs, bacon, cheese, pepper, onion, milk, butter, and biscuits is simply amazing!

Ingredients

10 eggs

4 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 c. Milk

1 Green Pepper diced

1 medium Onion diced

10 strips cooked Bacon cut into bite-sized pieces

2 can Grands Biscuits

8 ounces shredded Cheddar Cheese

How to make Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit Breakfast Casserole

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Using melted butter, grease an 8 x 10-inch baking dish.

Step 3: In a large bowl, add the eggs and milk. Beat well until incorporated.

Step 4: After separating the biscuits, cut them into quarters. Then, add them to the egg mixture. Toss the biscuits to coat well.

Step 5: To the bowl, add the bacon, peppers, onions, and cheese. Mix well until combined. Then, allow it to sit for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 6: To the prepared baking dish, transfer the mixture. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.

Step 7: Using aluminium foil, tent the casserole and continue baking for additional 30 minutes or until the eggs are completely cooked.
