If you love chicken and always looking for new ways to make chicken, then this is another exciting recipe to try. Baked chicken with cream cheese, bacon, and cheddar cheese – seriously a darn good dish for keeps!
This is one of the easiest recipes to throw together using just simple ingredients. It’s a full-packed dish with everything I love – chicken, bacon, cheese, and cream cheese. Also, this is a low-carb, high fat, keto, and gluten-free recipe. I cannot ask for more! Pair this with your favourite cooked greens such as spinach, roasted asparagus, green beans, or cooked broccoli. This goes so well, too, with mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, even flavoured rice.

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (use 4 thin chicken breasts, or use 2 large chicken breasts, sliced in half, horizontally)
1 tbsp olive oil
8 strips bacon, cooked, chopped
6 ounces cream cheese, cold, refrigerated, and sliced into 8 slices
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
How to make Bacon, Cream Cheese, Cheddar Chicken
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: With olive oil, grease the bottom of a casserole dish. For this recipe, I used an oval 13 x 9 x 4-inch deep casserole dish.
Step 3: To the prepared casserole dish, add the chicken, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. To make 4 thin chicken breasts, note to use 4 thin chicken breasts or 2 large sliced in half horizontally.
Step 4: Top the chicken breasts with cream cheese. Use cold, straight from the fridge cream cheese and slice into 8 thin slices. Lastly, top everything with chopped cooked bacon, then shredded Cheddar cheese.
Step 5: Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked. Note that the cooking time varies depending on how thick is the chicken used.
