I am obsessed with this bacon Cheeseburger tater Tot Casserole. Just yesterday we had it twice again for lunch and dinner. It is loaded with everything I love – hamburger, bacon, cheese, cheese soup, sour cream, and tater tots. Feel free to make this ahead of time and just store it in the fridge or freeze. This casserole has been my go-to for feeding a large crowd and it is excellent for tailgating, too. Freaking delicious and a breeze to make with only a few simple ingredients. This casserole is a real keeper!
