This is a great recipe for Apple Cake that my mom taught me before I get married. A simple recipe that calls for only a few simple ingredients that you can easily put together.
A beautiful cake packed with fresh apples and nuts. Make this in any pan depending on the occasion. I often make this in a 9-inch springform pan and I think that makes a great presentation. You can even throw in some raisins in there if you’d like. I did a lot of times and it’s divine!
Despite being so easy, this Apple Cake is very good. Make sure to make this on Thanksgiving, birthdays, anniversaries, or if you simply want a delicious dessert or snack on regular days. Did I already mention that my kids love this for breakfast as well? We love apples and this apple cake makes us enjoy apples differently.
I am crazy over the crusty top of this cake. It’s so pretty! And the cake itself is moist and delicious. Grab a slice and enjoy it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
