Ingredients
1 cup of vegetable oil
1-3/4 cup sugar
3 Eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 large apples, chopped
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
HOW TO MAKE APPLE CAKE
Step 1: Place the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 2: Sift the flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt. Add this to the sugar mixture.
Step 3: In the mixture, stir in the vanilla, apples, and nuts.
Step 4: In a greased and lightly floured 9 x 13-inch pan, transfer the batter. Place inside 350 degrees preheated oven and bake for about 60 minutes.
