INGREDIENTS
8 oz. angel hair pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp garlic
1/4 c. chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, dill, and/or basil
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese grated
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. cherry tomatoes halved
additional chopped herbs for garnish optional
How to make Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic and Herbs
Step 1: In salted water, cook the pasta following the package directions.
Step 2: In a large pan, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
Step 3: Stir in the garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 30 to 60 seconds, stirring constantly.
Step 4: Add the drained pasta into the pan along with the herbs and Parmesan cheese. To taste, season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat to pasta.
Step 5: Before serving, top with tomatoes, and if desired, sprinkle with extra herbs. Enjoy!
