Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic and Herbs

If you are looking for an easy and quick light dinner option, this Angel hair Pasta coated in garlic, fresh herbs, olive oil, butter, and parmesan cheese. Make this more appetizing, top with fresh tomatoes, and garnish with additional herbs.

I enjoy this divine meal with my favourite vegetables on the side, toasted bread, and a glass of wine. Or pair it with any meat and seafood. A pretty simple pasta dish that you can easily and quickly throw together anytime. So good, one bite and you’ll fall deep!

INGREDIENTS

8 oz. angel hair pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

2 tsp garlic

1/4 c. chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, dill, and/or basil

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese grated

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 c. cherry tomatoes halved

additional chopped herbs for garnish optional

How to make Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic and Herbs

Step 1: In salted water, cook the pasta following the package directions.

Step 2: In a large pan, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Step 3: Stir in the garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 30 to 60 seconds, stirring constantly.

Step 4: Add the drained pasta into the pan along with the herbs and Parmesan cheese. To taste, season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat to pasta.

Step 5: Before serving, top with tomatoes, and if desired, sprinkle with extra herbs. Enjoy!
