This is a hearty, creamy, and comforting Amish casserole full of ground beef and noodles. Casseroles like this are the answer to my prayers. I and my husband have a very hectic schedule. Juggling from work and other responsibilities is huge. For years we lived on casseroles. We sometimes laugh about how I baked a casserole at the beginning of the week and end up eating it all week long! All that changed though when we have our first child. But prepping a meal for the family will always be easy with casseroles. If you know what I mean. And not long ago, I discovered this easy recipe. Meat, carbs, and veggies are concerted in a creamy, comforting casserole. My new go-to casserole, even my pickiest eaters love this!

How to make Amish Yumasetti Casserole
Step 1: According to package directions, cook the noodles.
Step 2: Cook the ground meat and onion until the meat is brown. Then, drain off the fat.
Step 3: Place the noodles, beef, peas, soups, and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix well. Into a greased 3 x 13-inch or large baking dish, transfer the beef mixture.
Step 4: Toss the breadcrumbs with the melted butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle this over the casserole.

Note:
Feel free to use leftover hamburgers or hot dog buns for the bread crumbs. It’s a great way not to waste food.
