I love the crispy crust of this moist, sweet, and delicious bread. This is one of the most amazing Apple Bread I’ve tasted my entire life. And this only needs pantry essentials to make and fifteen minutes to prep so I can whip this up whenever. A simple recipe like this always comes in handy and a true keeper. Sometimes I change this recipe up a little but I always come back to the original. If you’d like to, you can try adding some chopped nuts for that extra crunch.
Dense, perfectly baked, and excellent bread that is great for entertaining or if you want something easy and quick on the table.

½ c. vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c. apples, peeled and diced
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

How to make Amazing Apple Bread
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Get a loaf pan ready, grease, and set aside.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, place the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Beat well, then add in the apples.
Step 3: In a different bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir in the apple mixture until just combined into a thick batter. Into the prepared loaf pan, pour the batter. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Using aluminium foil, cover the pan and continue to bake for another 15 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean.
Step 4: Remove the bread from the oven when done and let it cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes. Then, take the bread out of the pan and onto a wire rack to cool completely.
