I have been making this for like a year now, and there is nothing to complain about. I love how I can whip this up using only a few pantry staples in minutes! This delicious dish is made with your favourite Italian sausage, veggies, and tasty egg noodles. For that extra goodness, everything is cooked in an impressive homemade sour cream sauce that is to die for!

Ingredients
1/2 lb. narrow or medium egg noodles
1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage, crumbled
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp chilli powder
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 c. water
3/4 tsp salt
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 (14-oz.) can diced tomatoes
How to make All-in-One Sausage Dinner
Step 1: Combine the sausage with onion, and green pepper in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook everything until the sausage is browned and the onion is soft. When done, drain the pan drippings.
Step 2: In the meantime, place the tomatoes, sour cream, water, sugar, chilli powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix well, then stir this into the skillet with the noodles.
Step 3: Put the lid on and allow everything to simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring often.
