2 salmon fillets about 7 ounces each
2 teaspoons rub with love salmon rub (or any other kind you like)
1 garlic clove
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Olive oil
How to make Air Fryer Salmon
Step 1: With olive oil, pressed garlic, salmon rub, and salt, season the salmon fillets.
Step 2: Line the bottom of the baking sheet with foil if using an oven air fryer. Or for a basket type, there is no need to use foil but grease the bottom instead of with nonstick spray.
Step 3: if using an oven type, bake the salmon for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees F. Or 10 minutes on one side for basket type, then bake the other side for another 7 minutes.
Notes:
You can serve this Air Fryer Salmon with Crispy Air Fryer Broccoli, Juicy Air Fryer Steak Bites, or Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts.
Check the internal temperature of the salmon using a meat thermometer. If it reads 145 degrees F, it is done. Alternately, you can know the salmon is done based on its colour. If the salmon still has translucent and reddish, it is raw. When it turned opaque pink, it is cooked. The salmon should be completely pink near the end of cooking time. If in case there is a bit of translucence in the middles when you cut the salmon that is okay. Remember, pink is done.
