INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp Cajun or Creole seasoning

24 (1 lb) cleaned and peeled extra-jumbo shrimp

6 oz fully cooked Turkey/Chicken Andouille sausage or kielbasa, sliced

1 medium zucchini, 8 oz, sliced into 1/4” thick half-moons

1 medium yellow squash, 8 oz, sliced into 1/4” thick half-moons

1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin 1” pieces

1/4 tsp kosher salt

2 tbsp olive oil

HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER CAJUN SHRIMP DINNER

Step 1: Place the Cajun seasoning and shrimp in a large bowl. Toss to coat.

Step 2: In the same bowl, add in the sausage, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, and salt. Then, mix with the oil.

Step 3: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Step 4: Transfer the shrimp and vegetables to the air fryer basket. Do this in 2 batches if your baskets are small. Cook for about 8 minutes. Make sure to shake the basket at least 2 to 3 times.

Step 5: Set aside the cooked shrimps and veggies while cooking the rest.

Step 6: Once everything is cooked, place back the first batch to the air fryer and cook for a minute.

NOTE:

I suggest you buy frozen shrimp. Thaw the frozen shrimps overnight in the fridge to defrost.
