Air fryer recipes are like flowers blooming everywhere. I remember the first time I set my hands on an air fryer, I felt a connection. I know it’s somewhat crazy but the cook in me just has to have it. And I did! My husband bought it for me and I have been using my trusty air fryer since then. It’s amazing how you can easily find new recipes for air fryers. I have my favourites, regular, and newbies. Baked Potatoes is one of my favourite air fryer recipes, I make it regularly, and every time I have the same light, fluffy, and restaurant-quality baked potatoes.
I have tried making potatoes using my Instant Pot but I do not get the same quality – crispy skin and light, fluffy inside. I have only been able to get the same quality when I am using my oven. But since I’ve got my air fryer, I never use my oven to make baked potatoes anymore. I promise this recipe is a must and a keeper! So if you want a new addition to your air fryer recipe collection, this Baked Potatoes recipe is a superstar.
