Never thought that making bagels is this easy and quick. This recipe for an Air Fryer Bagels needs only three ingredients and five minutes to prep. No yeast, no boiling, just plain quick and simple. And these are Weight Watchers friendly, too! So who needs a bagel for breakfast or a snack? I know I do!

These packed protein bagels are super nice. Made in an Air Fryer in no time, these bad boys are perfect for a quick breakfast or mid-day snack. Pair it with some homemade fries, bacon, or any of your favourite. No more running to the store to buy bagels, make these healthy bagels at home with your trusty Air Fryer.

Tender, soft, and delicious bagels are a staple at my home. So finding this recipe is like winning a lottery!

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour

1 c. Greek yoghurt

1 Egg

How to make Air Fryer 2 Ingredient Weight Watcher Friendly Bagels

Step 1: Combine the yoghurt and flour until you have a ball of dough.

Step 2: On a flat dry surface, place the ball of dough, then cover with flour.

Step 3: Split the dough into 4 balls.

Step 4: Form each dough into a long rope, then shape them into a bagel.

Step 5: In a bowl, whisk the eggs.

Step 6: To the egg wash, then in any toppings, coat each bagel.

Step 7: Transfer the bagel to an air fryer or ninja basket.

Step 8: Set the air fryer to 350 and cook the bagel for about 10 minutes.
