5-Ingredient Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

Five ingredients, twelve minutes, these Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls have all the flavours we love! If you are a big fan of cheesecake and blueberry, then this is for you. Rich and perfectly sweet dessert without the fuss. All you need are five simple ingredients and a few steps to make this decadent dessert.

Some desserts are so tedious to make with all the steps and ingredients that sometimes are not easy to get hold off. If you are like me who love a simple dessert that makes a statement, I assure you this recipe is something you wanna keep. A winner recipe without a need for special ingredients or additional baking equipment. Now, get yourself ready to be blown away with this delicious treat!

INGREDIENTS

3 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 (8 ounces) tube of crescent roll dough (8 rolls)

2/3 c. fresh blueberries

How to make 5-Ingredient Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.

Step 2: Place the cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Beat using a stand or hand mixer.

Step 3: Into 8 triangles, separate the canned crescent rolls along the perforated seams, In a clean, flat surface, place a triangle with the short, wide end facing you and the long side pointing away. On the bottom third of the triangle, spread a tbsp of the cream cheese mixture and top with two rows of blueberries. Beginning with the end closest to you, roll the dough forward through the tip.

Step 4: Onto a baking sheet, place the roll and do the same with the rest of the ingredients to make a total of 8 rolls. Then, place in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 13 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and serve warm. Enjoy!
