3 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 (8 ounces) tube of crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
2/3 c. fresh blueberries
How to make 5-Ingredient Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Place the cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Mix using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
Step 3: Into 8 triangles, separate the canned crescent rolls along the perforated seams and put a triangle dough with the short, wide end facing you on a clean, flat surface and the long triangle pointing away. Across the bottom third of the dough triangle, spread a tbsp of cream cheese mixture and top with two rows of blueberries.
Step 4: Beginning from the end closest to you, roll the dough forward to the tip. Onto a baking sheet, place the finished rolls. Repeat the same process until you have 8 rolls. Then, place in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 13 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and serve the rolls warm. Enjoy!
