3-4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
How to make 3-Ingredient Italian Chicken
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the sugar and salad dressing mix.
Step 3: In the sugar mixture, dredge the chicken well.
Step 4: Place the chicken in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Step 5: Over the chicken, sprinkle any remaining sugar mixture.
Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 to 60 minutes. Remember to baste the chicken occasionally with the juice that forms in the pan.
Notes:
You can add a pound of fresh or frozen whole green beans to the chicken to bake along for a complete meal in the pan.
