Ingredients
4 c of very thinly sliced seedless cucumbers (or use mini cucumbers)
1/4 c of finely sliced red onion
1/4 c of fined diced red pepper
1/4 c of rice wine vinegar
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp of sesame seeds
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp of sea salt
How to make 10 Minute Easy Asian Cucumber Salad
Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, place the very thinly sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, diced red pepper, and sesame seeds. Then, set aside.
Step 2: Combine the rice wine vinegar, honey, toasted sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and sea salt in a small bowl.
Step 3: To the cucumber bowl, add in the dressing and toss to combine.
Step 4: Place in the fridge to sit for an hour or two, covered. Or serve immediately.
