You’ll love this Tuna Pasta Salad. It is an incredible side dish for just about anything! Loaded with macaroni, tuna, onion, celery, peas, hard-boiled eggs, and a simple creamy dressing. Delicious and always a huge hit!

We are excited about summer! The kids are already planning for activities that they’ll do. And as for me, I started listing our backyard BBQ menu. It’s a family tradition to welcome summer with a simple family get-together. Sharing foods, catching up, drinking beer while the kids are running around. Everyone brings something. This year, I plan to share my Tuna Pasta Salad. It’s perfect for the crowd, it’s delicious, easy, quick, and simple. I can easily throw this together without any fuss with ingredients that I already have. The kids are obsessed with the simplicity of this salad. Believe me, I have the pickiest eaters!

This salad is a classic. With tuna, it’s no doubt filling and healthy. It’s not only great for potlucks, picnics, but it’s also perfect for dinner, lunch, or a side dish. Excellent to serve with burgers, chicken, hot dogs, or as a meal by itself.

Ingredients

1 pound pasta (I used Elbow Macaroni)

4 5-ounces cans of Tuna drained

6 hard-boiled Eggs diced

1/2 Red Onion diced

4 stalks celery diced

12 ounces frozen peas thawed

1 1/4 c. Mayo

1/2 teaspoon Mustard

1/4 c. Relish

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/4 teaspoon dill

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Step 2: Mix the mayo, mustard, relish, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

Step 3: Place everything in a large bowl and toss to coat. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour.

Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
