I have never imagined that this will be great! I was a bit skeptical at first because of cabbage? I am not a fan so I parked this for weeks. But because of the many good reviews I’ve read, I was tempted to give this a try. And man, I’m glad I did because this is so freaking good! It is hands down the simplest and quickest meal I’ve made that is surprisingly flavorful. A pretty straightforward dish that requires only a few simple ingredients from butter, cabbage, potatoes, smoked sausage, and some spices. I am not surprised that my family fell in love with this the instant they tasted it. My husband even said that I have to make this steamed cabbage with smoked sausage and red potatoes often. And that I did! I have been making this at least once a week. I tried adding some minced garlic and that made this dish tastier.
This is a very simple dish. Plain but very delicious, full of flavor, and you can make it in a heartbeat! This is worth the try and never disappoints.
