Big thanks to my Mother for teaching me how to make this great casserole. I grew up to this dish, and it will always have a special place in my heart. I’m sure to pass the recipe to my kids. This casserole is my family’s favorite, and the most requested. I only make this on special occasions, however, as requested by my kids and husband, we make it a point to serve this every Sunday. What a nice dish to share with your loved one.
