Loaded with amazing flavour from simple ingredients slow-cooked in a slow cooker. This incredible one-pot meal made with potatoes, cabbage, onion, and kielbasa is the perfect weeknight dinner for the whole family!
I have been reading and seeing recipes online with cabbage. I have tried some of the recipes and surprisingly they turned out amazingly delicious.
Adding the potatoes to this dish is okay for me because I am not bothered with carb. I know a lot of you are carb-conscious, so if you are, this recipe might not be for you. Although, you’ll be missing out on this perfectly flavoured meal. I guess having a little carb now and then won’t hurt, right?
The ingredients are so simple and mostly fresh. Everything is added to the slow cooker and the flavours completely meld together. A simple meal that’s not only excellent for the entire family but also great for potlucks. If you want to make this somewhat healthy, use a no-nitrate kielbasa.
This dish is super good and delicious in every way possible, I am pretty sure I’ll be making this again and again!
