4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c chicken stock
1 c cooked rice
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (15 oz) corn kernels, drained
fresh chopped parsley, to garnish
How to make Slow Cooker Chicken Casserole
Step 1: Add the chicken breasts into the slow cooker bowl and top with onion.
Step 2: Combine the soup and stock in a medium bowl. And add this to the chicken.
Step 3: Cook the chicken for 8 hours on low.
Step 4: Then, take the chicken out of the cooker and use a fork to shred them.
Step 5: Put the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker with rice, cheese, and corn. Stir well to mixed.
Step 6: Before serving, garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
