Growing up, my mom always baked our favourite desserts. She never fails to serve desserts every meal. She’s a hands-on mom, and she never fails to make the best meal for her family. We are very lucky to have her. She is also the one who taught me how to cook and I am thankful. She gave me her recipe book when I turned eighteen. Unlike her, I enjoy making main courses rather than baking. But I always make an exception for this simple lemon loaf.
I have a shortlist of dessert recipes I enjoy making, and this simple lemon loaf is on top of my list. This is crazy good, super easy to whip up, and ready in a cinch. To make this all you need are a few pantry ingredients. Throw these ingredients together and pop in the oven. Enjoy a slice of this loaf any time and any day.
This simple lemon loaf is super delicious, I can eat this in just one sitting! I love to serve this with a cup of my favourite tea or coffee for breakfast or snack. If you want another dessert recipe to try, then you have to give this a go very soon! It is the perfect treat all year round!
