How to make Sausage Green Bean Potato Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Use a non-stick spray to grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Step 3: Wash and slice in half the creamer potatoes. Then, place them in a sealable gallon-size baggie along with oil, seasonings, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Shake well to coat.
Step 4: Cook the sausage in a large frying pan with water over medium-high heat until browned and most of the water has disappeared.
Step 5: When done, remove the sausage from the pan and cool. When cool enough, add the cooked sausage into the baggie.
Step 6: In a frying pan, melt the butter. Saute the onions and garlic until translucent.
Step 7: Allow the onions and garlic to cool for several minutes before adding it into the baggie. Shake well to mix.
Step 8: Then, add the green beans into the baggie and shake again to mix.
Step 9: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use foil to cover and bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Step 10: Once done, carefully remove the casserole from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy!
