INGREDIENTS

1-pint ricotta cheese

1 c. mozzarella cheese

1 c. Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp dried oregano

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp dried basil

1 tsp red chilli flakes (optional)

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

1 lb jumbo pasta shells, cooked

Marinara sauce, to taste

Shredded mozzarella, to taste

How to make Pull-Apart Stuffed Pasta

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.

Step 2: Combine the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, garlic, basil, chilli flakes (optional), salt, and pepper until smooth.

Step 3: Ready the jumbo shell. Unfold and turn it inside out, then fill it gently with a tbsp or two of the cheese mixture. Now, refold the shell and set it aside. Do the same for the remaining pasta shells.

Step 4: Completely cover the bottom of a circular dish with marinara sauce. In a spiralling pattern, place the shells on the sauce, cheese side up. Within the spiral, pour a bit of the extra marinara sauce and top with the mozzarella cheese.

Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is golden brown. Remove from the oven when done and serve. Enjoy!
