3/4 + 1 cup powder sugar
2 8oz boxes of cream cheese, softened
2 cups heavy whipping cream + 1 cup for the topping
1 3 oz box of orange-flavored jello
1 cup boiling water
1 orange, zested
1/4 teaspoon + 1/2 teaspoon for the topping of vanilla extract
1 disposable piping bag with a star tip
HOW TO MAKE NO-BAKE ORANGE CREAMSICLE CHEESECAKE
TO MAKE THE COOKIE CRUST
Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in an 8-inch springform cheesecake pan.
Step 3: Refer to the directions provided on the cookie mix package.
Step 4: Press the batter on the bottom of the sprayed pan.
Step 5: Place inside the oven and bake until cooked through or until the color turns light brown.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.
FOR PRE-MADE CRUST
Step 1: Add the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Add in the 3/4 cup of powder sugar and stir until well-mixed.
Step 3: Add boiling water and jello in a medium bowl. Whisk until the jello is dissolved.
Step 4: Get the zest of the orange and set it aside.
Step 5: Use a standing mixer to whisk 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy whipping cream until the Set the speed to medium.
Step 6: Combine the cooled jello and half of the whipped cream. Whisk until well-mixed.
Step 7: Add the other half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Whisk until well-mixed.
Step 8: Add in half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust then spread evenly.
Step 9: Add 2 cups of the orange mixture on top of the cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly.
Step 10: Gently add and spread the rest of the cream cheese mixture.
Step 11: Put inside the refrigerator and allow it to cool for at least 12 hours.
Step 12: In a medium bowl, add 1/2 cup of powder sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup heavy whipping cream. Use a standing mixture to mix all the ingredients.
Step 13: Transfer into a piping bag and decorate the edge of the pie.
Step 14: Slice into even cuts. Serve and enjoy!
