SHRIMP:
1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c dry white wine
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided
Juice from 1 lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
TOPPING:
3/4 c panko breadcrumbs1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
How to make Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour wine and add 2 tbsp melted butter. Put in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the sauce reduced.
Step 3: In a bowl, place the rest of the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add in the shrimp and toss to evenly coat.
Step 4: Combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and 2 tablespoons melted butter in another bowl.
Step 5: Take the baking dish out of the oven and spread in a single layer the shrimp. Make sure that the shrimps fit snugly together.
Step 6: Sprinkle over the breadcrumb topping and bake for about 12 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque yet still pink.
Step 7: Then, broil for at least 2 minutes on high to brown the shrimps.
Step 8: Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
