This super impressive with exceedingly delicious flavour dish is truly magic!

Ingredients

SHRIMP:

1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 c. dry white wine

4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided

Juice from one lemon

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

TOPPING:

3/4 c. panko breadcrumbs

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, finely grated

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp butter, melted

Fresh parsley, finely chopped

How to make Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.

Step 2: Into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour the wine and 2 tbsp melted butter. Place the pan in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the sauce has reduced.

Step 3: Into a bowl, add the rest of the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add in the shrimp and toss well to coat.

Step 4: Stir the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and 2 tablespoons melted butter in a separate bowl.

Step 5: Take the baking dish out of the oven, then in one layer, spread the shrimp to the sauce.

Step 6: Sprinkle over the breadcrumb topping. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 12 minutes until the shrimps are opaque but still pink.

Step 7: To encourage browning, broil the shrimps for at least 2 minutes on high.

Step 8: Garnish the shrimps with fresh parsley.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
