Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites, sounds fancy right? And incredibly delicious, too! Melt in your mouth sirloin bites covered in an impressive butter garlic marinade. This steak bites meal is something you order from a five-star restaurant and end up paying a lot! But with this recipe, you don’t need to break the bank. With only a few ingredients, you will be able to enjoy this in the comfort of your home.

This dish will be a perfect addition to your weekly menu. It is so good you’ll be tempted to make this again and again. With intensely scrumptious flavour from such simple ingredients will surprise you. Serve these steak bites with your fave sides like mashed potatoes, corn, broccoli, etc. Or stick these in toothpicks and enjoy as an appetizer.

Ingredients

2 pounds sirloin steak, Ribeye, or porterhouse, cut into bite-size cubes

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/3 c. beef broth

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

5 tbsp butter

2 tablespoons fresh parsley

How to make Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large semi-deep skillet over high heat.

Step 2: With salt, pepper, onion powder, and brown sugar, evenly season the steak cubes.

Step 3: Once the oil is hot, drop the steak cubes into the hot pan in a single layer. Do this in batches if you need to.

Step 4: For roughly 3 minutes, cook the bites, stirring until they are cooked to your liking.

Step 5: When done, remove the pan from the heat. Immediately add in the garlic, parsley, butter, and pour in the broth, then mix.

Step 6: Put the pan back on the stove and cook for another 4 minutes over low heat, stirring.
