Ingredients
8 tablespoons butter
2-3 medium russet potatoes
2 c. green beans
2-3 large chicken breasts, thawed or fresh
Salt and pepper
1 pkg Italian dressing mix
How to make Italian Chicken, Green Beans, and Potatoes
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small cubes and the green beans into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3: With green beans, line one side of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, then the other side with the potato chunks. Between the green beans and potatoes, place the chicken breasts. You can slice the chicken in half to have thinner pieces of meat.
Step 4: Into 1 tbsp squares, slice the butter, then evenly place them over the green beans, chicken, and potatoes and sprinkle with the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 5: Tent the entire dish with foil and place in the preheated oven to bake for about an hour until done.
Note:
If desired, you can also sprinkle this dish with some Parmesan for extra goodness!
